After graduation in Law at the State University of Milan in 2001 and the following degree in “Legal business management”, he performs legal advice on filing trademarks and designs on a national and international level since 2003, including EU marks and designs, with focus on similarity searches and legal advices on Intellectual Property matters, including extrajudicial conflicts and contractual issues.
Starting from 2007 he is a member of the Italian and Switzerland Industrial Property Bars, and an authorized professional representative before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and before the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).
He gained a deep and long-time experience in trademark and design matters, with focus on technical advices and opinions, analysis and comments of availability searches, advices on new trademarks registrability, applications of nationals, EU, International trademarks and designs, managing of worldwide opposition procedures, advice on litigation, negotiations, drafting of agreements, including warning letters, coexistence agreements, assignments and licensing of IP rights.
Since 2015 he is one of the teachers of the Preparatory course for the Italian National Bar admitting exam, before the Politechnique University of Milan.
